Raise of Nissan India on Nissan Magnite and Mr. Rakesh Srivastava MD Nissan India

Nissan Motor Corporation a company known for its SUVs conquered US sales volumes in 2014 was perceived to be one of the most valuable automobile brand. The story of Nissan is a corporate suspense thriller with many ups and downs. Nissan conquered may continents with its fantastic, alluring and empowering passenger vehicles. Nissan was marked for its looks, build quality, power and mileage. The premium models of Nissan Motors were rockets on ground that roughed many world racing circuits.

Nissan India entry in 2005 was an attempt to extend aura of Nissan created around the world. Initially Nissan imported X Tail and other models and sold. 2011 the Renault-Nissan-Mitusbishi alliance had rolled out Desi Nissan Micra from its oragadam Chennai plant to introduce Nissan mark cars to the price and petrol conscious Indian consumer. Nissan Micra was one of the best selling cars in that segment for many years. Nissan introduced many other cars from X-Trail, Nissan Teana, Nissan 370Z premium models and manufactured most loved car brands like Nissan Micra, Nissan Sunny and Nissan Evalia specifically for Indian market. These cars had garnered lot of volumes and value to Nissan brand in India. However the brand from “land of rising Sun” couldn’t make a mark with Indian consumer and India automobile industry, with around 1% share in Indian market Nissan always struggled to join the big league of automakers in India. Every moderately knowledgeable consumer acknowledged that Nissan brand has Unique, Uber cool and best in class car models but that appreciation couldn’t covert in buying Nissan car.

Nissan’s presence was seldom felt beyond 40 cities as it couldn’t penetrate the core consumer nerve centers; 8000 small towns. Indian consumer always looked for location proximity of dealer and service network, spare parts affordability which never worked in favour of Nissan. Initially with imports the cost of maintenance was felt to be high, Nissan cars are perceived to be fantastic till it is in running condition, if something gone wrong the cost of repair and maintenance used to be headache for customers. This consistent aversion to Nissan cars had pushed Nissan to rethink on whether it has to continue in Indian market or continue it’s struggle in already diminished market segment.

However fortunes were destined to the best, Nissan has bought in Mr. Rakesh Srivastava, man who bought volumes to Hyundai and made it second best passenger car brand in India. To arm him Nissan Japan had given him the all new Nissan Magnite. 2020 was the dark year of century ravaged by covid 19, however reeling this pendamic Nissan India quietly set the things for launch of Nissan Magnite. Magnite was pepped up against the mights of Vitara brezza, Hyundai Venue and highly successful Kia Sonet. People believed that Nissan will do something different with Magnite to claim its footage in Indian market but fears were there on how customer will respond as its previous launch Nissan Kicks was not that successful. Beating all the odds Nissan magnite created a rampage in booking, garnered 35000 booking in one month the highest bookings volumes in this segment and one of the best numbers to the awe of many of it’s competitors.

Today two factors are behind Nissan resurgence

1. Rakesh Srivastava who bought immense confidence behind Nissan India brand and developed better dealership network pan India.

2. Nissan Magnite, the big, bold and beautiful compact SUV. For now Nissan India is busy to address it’s domestic demand and enjoy the positive vibes it created in International markets.

However one product cannot win market, Nissan’s future will depend on what products it will bring in and how successful they will stand in immensely competitive automobile segment.

One thing is sure that Nissan will win big once “Nissan India wins customers in tier II and tier III cities by developing deep network and service locations”. Part of Nissan electric mobility strategy Nissan electric vehicles are bringing great numbers to Nissan Motor corporation.

India automobile market is also upbeat with success of Tata Nexon EV and MG EV which has immense potential to take early lead if Nissan EV line up is rightly placed in the market.

As a proud Nissan Magnite owner I wish to see Nissan making to top 5 automobile brands in India.

Where are Khans of Bollywood now?

Songs, Fights and block bluster dialogues...yes i am talking about movies made in India. Bollywood, the Hindi movie industry is the Lord of all entertainment means in India. Hindi movie industry has spread it's wings wide over the world. Many super stars had gained fame and followers around the world. These stars earn in millions with their remunerations, brand endorsements. Few stars like Deepika padukone, Anuskha Sharma are top influencers on social media platforms like instagram.

Heroes of Bollywood are dummy gods in India. Amitabhs, Kapoors, Khannas are the royal families of this Bollywood kingdom who pioneered the art of cinema entertainment in India for almost 6 to 8 decades. However the last two decades of Indian cinema belongs to Khans, don't be mistaken that khans are of one family, i mean to quote about the three khans. One is the king khan, other is Mr Perfectionist and the third the mega star and macho man. Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir khan and Salman Khan had ruled the Bollywood, from Bazigaar, Lagaan, Hum aap ka hain kon, Dil to pagal hain, Maine pyaar kiya, "Dangal", "Pardes", "3 idiots", "Ghazini" etc. Shook the box office records. King Khan trio were unstoppable and unbeatable till 2016-17. Any new genre, any unique storyline, any biopic has to be made by any one of the khan trio.

However after 2016-17 the pace of starring in movies came down. Shak Rukh khan and Aamir khan has completely slowed down. There was one or two movies released with no success. "Secret Superstar" starred by Aamir khan was his last hit in 2017, Salman khan Dabangg 3 was a average hit movie in 2019 after which Salman was waiting for success and king khan ZERO movie was big flop. Though khan gang quoted their own reasons it is rumored that khans hold on Bollywood waned off after BJP came into rule where seasoned stars like Akshay kumar, Ajay Devgan had gained more as their movies racked up good collections and good reviews. These rumors has it's cherry toping as once upon a time during early 2000s till mid of 2015 captivating storylines are to be wetted by these king khans, if the three superstars are busy then only movie stories used to go beyond this trio. However last 5 years things changed a lot, the 21th generation stars started unleashing, heroes beyond Kapoors and Khannas.

A new genre of actors like Ayushmann khurrana, Sushant Singh Rajput (we lost him), Raj Kumar Rao has come to limelight with good concept oriented movies.

I had grown up enjoying Khans movies so people like me definitely miss movies of these super stars. I am eagerly waiting for these khans future ambitious projects.

Let the entertainment continue, let these khans redefine their magic for us.

Coronavirus third wave lurking around

Covid 3rd wave & ripples

We are living in a pandemic world, battling our survival. Many families had lost their dear ones, many families lost the assets, many lost their jobs, many lost their earning during Covid times. No one in the world had imagined that we will be confined to this level of insecurity but yes we are in a once in life century battle.  Thank god for keeping you alive, keeping you safe and secure. Two covid waves are experienced we are now slowly getting out to work, to breathe and to play but we need to remember that this virus is invincible, implausible. Please keep your vigil throughout your daily routine. Be cautious while traveling, while eating and while in meeting.

Government of India after heavy back lash for it’s lackluster attitude is now sending signals of 3rd wave, though we are yet to close our count on  2nd wave affected case. If you see the daily cases count we can understand that the case load is loitering around 35000 to 45000 cases per day. Few states like Kerala and Mumbai are consistently recording more than 10000 positive cases so no carelessness. Now that many states had lifted lockdowns restrictions interstate travel will further open doord for 3rd wave.

So request to prioritize vaccination, practice good hygiene practices to prevent 3rd wave.

Why God is giving pain only to me?

Many a times we find ourselves in different challenges that block our mind to think what exactly gone wrong, what point it had gone wrong. A series of unbearable challenges surround you like never before.

Last year August 2020 i had gone through the same phase.

My father attained divinity, consoling my mother we tried to get back to routine. Right after two weeks my whole family was detected Covid 19, my house was marked as containment zone locking us for 40 days inside our house, my house was sealed with two policemen monitoring our apartment floor regularly. Me and my wife recovered only to see my 6year old son battle Multiple immunity syndrome (M I S) also commonly known as post covid illness. It was a nightmare for 2months as he was in ICU for sometime, on steroids for 3weeks thankfully recovered by 2nd week of November. As November ended i understood that i was not considered for promotion in my office even after good rating. For once i felt that God is not there for us, for that matter God is nowhere. Couldn’t find anyone who can pacify my family.

This is life and it sucks big time. That cascading effect of one trouble after other is horrible mental pain but yes we have to survive, we have to survive for our family, for our dependents, for our self dignity. Any extreme step at this stage will not remove problem, it will bring more pain to our family.

So what you have to do is “face your life” let the pain is isolated to you. As we isolate ourselves when we are affected with coronavirus isolate your pain don’t transit. Your dependents will see hope, happiness in your smile. Your smile will lit them to stand and “move on”.

Remember that YOU can create a positive influence. That positivity is divine, that positive ambience is sanctum.

Big Day for India... OLA electric that shook the entire world with it biggest electric scooter factory is unleashing something that no other India start up eco system has done...

Book Ola scooter @ Rs.499.00

Zomato, Big Basket, Byju's, Zerodha, Swiggy..what are an era for Indian start ups...Indian budding corporates are making big in Corporate World drawing wealth, attention and accolades..

Government of India's active promotions had certainly lifted the sentiments of Electric mobility. This space is heating up both in Passenger vehicles segment and two wheeler segment as many companies like Tata motors, Mahindra, Morris Garage (MG Motors), Nissan are ambitiously planning to capture the booming Indian automobile segment.

Exiting times ahead for consumers who are waiting to get electrified

What is Development

Our primitive value systems from our vedic periods made us to connect with nature, to the nature and for the nature. Our grand Hindu culture makes us to worship and revere every thing existed in out nature. We feel nature is divine, Humans are divine. Our ancestors preached us that we are the most intelligent animal in this world and we have the responsibility and accountability to uphold the very essence of our mother nature.

This was our old notion but now we are meticulously busy on our one single agenda "DEVELOPMENT",

Some time back someone wrote in my whatsapp group commented that Government of India is shaving off entire green patch around India gate in Delhi for "Central Vista Development Project", on the name of development. I replied back to him requesting him to clarify on what is development?

Building infrastructure is development right?

Promoting Automation, robots, humanoids is development?

Going digital, using Artificial intelligence is development right?

Garnering sparkling sales figures in Automobile segment is development?

Development of Airports, Sea ports, SEZs, Industrial zones is development?

Increasing mining volumes to peg the above process is development right?

So do maintaining greenery is development? No commercial benefits.

Stop mining and promote forestation? Are you MAD what you will get from forest

Employee more human resources??? What do you know the perennial cost involved to manage.

So...lets not shed crocodile tears for nature...Nature will meet it's fate for promoting humans..

Are Women in India made Weeping machines

https://www.indiatvnews.com/entertainment/bollywood/indian-serials-which-shows-wife-beating-15228.html

I avoid watching TV serials but sometimes...yes cannot keep them off my sight since we need to livein together with family. I being from Andhra watch Telugu serials in E TV, MAA TV, Gemini TV etc.

I have following TV serials for more than 20years trying to understand on the theme, the story line, their motto, their message to public, their USP on which they are selling and surviving all this time. I could not digest some revelations I got myself after following some serials. Majority of these TV serials be it in any Indian language, their main motto is to hook up Indian middle class woman to TV make them soak in their tears, absorb the pain, relate the pain and imitate the pain in their real life. Many recent news in media routes our thoughts to this direction only as more and more women are trying to be over assertive, over emotional and violent.

https://www.indiantelevision.com/special/y2k2/cfarspe_24.htm

The ugliest side is the use of violence to up the anti-amongst the characters is another bothering trend. Many serials characters be it woman or men use guns or other weapons making an ordinary women feel that showing violent behavior is very casual thing.

I am surprised to see that neither “Broadcasting council of India” nor “Ministry of Communication and Information technology” had taken any concrete steps to monitor or sensor these kind of serials which can influence whole new generation of Indians.

I hope to see more voices highlighting this issue.

Indian Pharma Public sector Units are now a history

After a brief gap i was forced to hit my blog when i read the newspaper which published that IDPL, India's first Govt undertaking pharma company was about to be closed on a simple reason that it had more than 1000crores bad debts.  This news reminds me of “The farmer and the golden duck” story.

It was surprising on how Government of India arrived at this decision with a simple reason that the company is no more performing well and categorized as sick unit. Government played a hide & seek game with the IDPL employees who were against sell off from 2001 and at last bowed to the selfish intent.

Are we heading towards a capitalist rule???

Read more at:
http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/articleshow/56224678.cms?utm_source=contentofinterest&utm_medium=text&utm_campaign=cppst

If you read the above article in economic times and if you are an avid follower of national news you can understand one factor on how the once government controlled pharma industry is now completely with private players after this strategic sell off  in Hindustan Antobiotics Limited (HAL), Bengal Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Ltd and IDPL. Out of the IDPL have huge land bank in Hyderabad with more than 800acres near Balanagar area with great potential for real estate business? The land value of these 800 acres will be approx. 10000crores according to the current market value.

All these pharma companies played a vital role in addressing the healtcare requirements of India population at the time of major epidemics like plague outbreak and many other tough times. The decent of these factories started when few of the coveted R & D officials came out of IDPL and HAL to start their own ventures and now dictating the pharma industry in India.

Pharma industry is at its best in India for sure but at what cost? The birthplace of many innovations in pharma sector will be no more. Instead of re-inventing the legacy created by these companies government had planned for a strategic LOOT by auctioning the companies get rid of them make some money not for country’s welfare but for political gains and for corporate gains.

When B J P was repeatedly voicing that they will make India a manufacturing hub better than China does it mean to privatize everything and work with the courtesy of capitalists???

Why the Government is not taking steps to strengthen the Public sector units which strived well before?
Govt had guts to write off Vijay Mallya’s 7000crores but no pity on PSUs to waive off their loans and give them a chance to bounce back???

What do you want to do with vast talent pool working in PSUs?

Dear Prime Minister please do not think that everybody is dancing to your tunes, please do not believe that people are believing whatever bullshit you manipulate with hired economist who take money from you and money from corporates.

You might project yourself as a political saint…Your mistakes cannot be ignored.

CAN A DAILY WAGE LABOURER SURVIVE AFTER 2030

Information technology had changed the way we work, the way we communicate, the way we live and the way we plan our future. Everything thing that we plan is around the technology that exists and the technology that is coming in near future. Future is always weighed on the type of techno advancements we make like the Intel’s 5th generation 6th generation and now 7th generation. The supremacy of the artificial intelligence in our daily life had changed the human interference in the techno advancement as one human invent, group of humans execute and the world follows.

How many of you will agree with me if I say that we cannot imagine our lives without Microsoft for its operating systems*, Google** for its internet applications, SAP Labs for its worldwide enterprise applications, Intel, Dell and Lenovo for IT hardware, GE, Seimens, ABB for industrial automation. The companies I mentioned are the real influencers on our lives. The ultimate human survival is now formulated around these companies’ developments and their upgradations. Majority of the world’s literate population is generating billions for the above mentioned U S companies making United Sates more powerful to rule in terms of their military might and for their supremely dominating business empires.

While we try to increase the agro production by inventing high yielding crop varieties, introduce BT variants, other side we are developing automation systems that decrease human labour in turn reducing their earning potential. How does this sector will survive if everything is automated???
Technology can never be left un appreciated but when the same techno advancement dents the very survival of human race then it is clearly a global epidemic. We talk about environmental sustainability but we never had a serious retrospection on the human sustainability. The more the tech driven environment the more challenging is the livelihood for a common man who is semi-literate who depends more on physical labour who earns his daily bread on his physical hardship.

Machines mesmerized humans now the same machines will minimize human labour in labour intensive sectors like construction and manufacturing sectors. The vast industrial and construction labour pool around the world will literally loose their jobs with automation. Industrial automation may be a better option in west where human resources density is less and industrial growth is more but if the same system comes to highly populated countries like India we will have an emergency where crores of people will literally take on roads for food and work. These labour with their minimum literacy rate and mediocore living standards will be wiped out if they are not provided work. My intention is to avert our system to introspect on this issue and save the world most intelligent animal.

Paperless world

http://saionag.blogspot.in/2016/03/why-are-we-driven-towards-paperless.html

Why are we driven towards PAPERLESS WORLD

The Information technology revolution had redefined the communication exchange modes to such an extent that people were driven with thought to be paperless. The Computers, Laptops, Tabs, Mobile phones, VOIPs, the messengers etc you name it there are numerous software and hardware systems to interact and exchange information. The pace of the information sharing had gone to an extent that humans now spend more time on their mobile than with their family.

There is a saying that "We ignore people near and admire people far".

Till late 80s of 19th century individuals and enterprises used to communicate and correspond with paper. Before the IT revolution actually took off Paper used to be an important mode to correspond and communicate. Those days without paper communication is unimaginable. Huge volumes of wood was used to make paper which resulted in outcry that the environment is getting destroyed, deforestation fears was sounded everywhere, adding to this due to the rapid industrialization and mechanization of our world made the conditions worse for manufacturing paper. However consumption of paper did not see any decline.

But the advent of computer with increased speed to store, process and retrieve information was elevated a next big thing to Paper. Since paper is perishable, computers and system storage devices had gained more importance. This Computer revolution had branched into all most all sectors and now we cannot imagine any office or institution without a PC, without internet.

But to the reality Paper industry had now developed to an extant where every product and by-product is re-cycled or re-used in different internal and external applications in a paper industry. There are many paper units where sugarcane, wheat straw is used as pulp instead of wood pulp. The huge steam developed while boiling is used for captive power generation, The water used in processing paper is used treated and used for Agri and Non agri-based applications, The internal integration of paper manufacturing process ensures that nominal pollutants are released into atmosphere and most of the pollutants are treated.

Companies like ITC PSPD, TNPL, BILT, Century Pulp and papers,  Delta papers etc had grown to a level where they adopted more environmental friendly techniques by discouraging deforestation and encouraging wood production by farmers, providing them seeds, technical support for effective farming.

However post IT revolution to aggressively promote IT applications and systems, paper was shadowed under the negative propaganda that deforestation had increased, pollution had growth leaps and bounds around paper factories across the globe, paper is perishable so life of protecting information is decreased etc creating a negative sense to promote paper and the same negative notion gave birth to the "Paperless World" agenda that was driven by the IT majors to increase their market share. Now more than 50% of the organisations, enterprises and institutions purely survive on Microsoft Operations systems products and services and Google internet based service. There are many IT and NON IT companies who took complete control the business processes around the world with either a software OS or ERP or a database.

Now a days papers is more used as personal sanitation than in personal correspondence.

Electronic waste generated out of un-used or out dated systems and devices like Desktops, Mobile phones, Charges, Hard discs, Floppies, CD, Pendrives etc. cannot be recycled easily. http://ecowatch.com/2015/04/14/bellini-electronic-waste/ (Source: Ecowatch) The cost of recycling is also high, not many countries boost with the electronic waste recycling facilities. But sadly these technology had gone so deep inside the human life that it is un-imaginable to think of life without them.

Where as paper can be recycled. Paper easily decompose. Paper does not create any side effects to body especially to your eyes. Though information storage and retrieval technologies had developed to a great extent important documents are always printed and stored.

I urge to the world "Keep IT for online, Paper for offline" as we cannot avoid anyone of them at any time.

Kanhaiya...Kanhaiya...Kanhaiya

After going through my header you definitely will not think of Krishna Kanhaiya as this is not Tretayug...This is KALUYUG...now media is making the people of India to chant Kanhaiya Kumar's name...The JNU issue had bought a new cause and a new face to current politics. An hour back before i started writing this blog article i was trying to scroll through all the news twitts in the twitter...to my astonishment 90% twits were on the Kanhaiya Kumar speech after his release. Be it an video or a statement he was made a highly regarded political celebrity for Public

I feel great that union leaders of various universities are now trying to expose and fight the discrimination they experienced in their academics session. This is great revelation that got initiated after Rohit vemula's death. The kind of political and media followup Kanhaiya got is something extraordinary, just in a span of one month Kanhaiya became a socio-political icon.

Now i have few questions to Kanhaiya and his team:

Why was they waiting for this time to outburst???

Were they voicing this issues even before this???

What Kanhaiya did for campus discriminations issues before 2016?

Will he do an all India Andolan

Why he got enlighted in this year only???

Is he got to join any political party since left already announced that Kanhaiya will join for their election campaign in Bengal???

Time will expose on whether he is another CRAZY WALL in making or a great student leader fighting for student fundamental rights at universities and institutions in India...

Rajya Sabha: A house for political Asylum

Indian is one of the largest democratic country in the world. People choose their representative in a electoral voting process that costs valuable time and thousands of crores of government money. The people of India elect their representative to the Lok sabha and the literate lot of India are given one more option to send representatives to Rajya sabha from various fields to share their views in framing the policies and schemes for the development of India.

In an absolute Contrast to this the recent public mandate given in favour of BJP was of no use as many bills tipped as development drives was stalled by the representatives who were actually rejected in public mandate but were able to present in the lower house the Rajya Sabha. The people who sit in Rajya Sabha are either the corporates companies leaders who actually do not have time to think anything on public interest, sport and entertainment professionals who strive to make more money in their career but do not have time to spend for public and the third category are the most dangerous lot the political leaders who failed to gain confidence of public but were nominated by their parties to block everything that is done by ruling fraternity.

Congress and other local political parties who were confined to few in Lok Sabha but having enough presence in Rajya Sabha are bringing all worthy and unworthy issues to parliament and making sure that the current government do not rollout any development policies that strengthen BJP goodwill.

It is now almost two years more than 70 important bills of public importance were pending for Rajya Sabha node. Opposition parties always had a plan to disrupt parliament with issues timely tagged before Parliament sessions like the Intolarance issue before Bihar elections, the lalit modi passport issue connected to external affairs minister Sushma Swaraj, the Cow slaughter issue irking the minority, the Dadri issue trying to corner the Hindutav tagged BJP, the Rohit vemula dalit discrimination issue and the fresh confrontation at JNU Delhi. We cannot imagine this type of worst political game played with public money. The BJP  government is not showing any strength to contain this issues nor has any strategies to silent opposition making the parliament a place to bark on each other and close the sessions claiming that they were more loud in parliament than their rivals.

On paper India is depicted as a stand alone country that is in the phase of prosperity but it is not. Not even a single section of the society is feeling secure or felt that the government is striving to uplift the limping livelihood.

To my belief the Rajya sabha is doing more harm that supporting the Lok Sabha where the leaders come with public node. Rajya Sabha is clearly becoming a place for showing loyalty to people who supported the parties and asylum to political leaders who were rejected.

How many of you will took time to read this article support my intention to re wamp Rajya Sabha???

How many of you agree if i say that Raj sabha should not have the power to block the bills passed in Lok Sabha???

Onions prices brings tears to farmers in India

Onions made everyone to shed tears for the lack of sufficient stocks due to low production. There is a saying that whenever there is a hike in onion prices the existing government were in trouble. The 2014 elections campaign also marked onion prices issue in different parties’ agenda. Essential  Commodity price like Onions and pulses prices are playing a major part in maintaining consumer confidence on government. Government price support to farmers also has a major role to ensure farmers stick to producing onions and pulses in India as per the current and future demand.

Comparing two different news posts published in last year 29th October 2015 in economic times (Source: http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/economy/agriculture/onion-prices-start-rising-again-on-tight-supply/articleshow/49581152.cms) and news post on 31 Jan 2016 in Indian Express (Source: http://indianexpress.com/article/india/india-news-india/onion-prices-hit-rock-bottom-across-maharashtra/) clearly shows the adamant nature of our Governments and agricultural market federations to contain the issue.

Last year the consumers were hit hard due to lack of stocks and high prices that touched Rs.100, This year the farmers were made scape goats out last year shortage. There was a stage where state governments in Andhra and Telangana supplied onions through Government outlets at subsidized prices to satisfy their vote bank. Farmers across Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka sowed onion crop in lacs of hectares in a hope that the corp will have good demand after a lean season in mid 2015.

Now the same farmers were allowing their cattle to feed on the crop in the fields as they is no price for onions from the market mediators and no minimum price support from government. It is shocking to understand why government is unable to learn lessons from previous years.

CAN ANY ONE KNOW WHAT KIND OF SUSTAINABLE MANAGEMENT SET UP IS ESTABLISHED TO CONTAIN DEMAND VS PRODUCTION OF ONION even after years of struggle to uphold onion prices??

How can the farmer trust Government next time when government appeals to cultivate any corp that is in shortage??

Who are to be blamed for this confusion??

Why the central and state governments are unable to buy the abundant stock, stack and store them for tough time and regulate the market???

Does the Indian agri market have the potential to store the abundant stock???

A few recommendations from a common man like me….
·
Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India should create a apex body similar to Cotton Corporation of India to contain Onion supply and demand.

·         Arrange storage facilities at key onion producing clusters in various states to stock onions for peak demand seasons and fight low yield seasons.

·         Central Government should announce state wise minimum support price to support farmer and encourage him to cultivate onion corp season by season.

·         Central Government should create an online platform to track the onion production and pricing at various production clusters to ensure a transparent affair for consumers and farmers.

World War III Destruction planned on religion

The modern world will be irked with the word World War but this could be a reality soon. The unrest at key pockets of the world in Africa, the gulf, India, France, Pakistan depicts a bizarre truth to accept that Religion is one delicate issue that was been tactically used by many anti-social elements around the world for their benefits. Even in this modern era the aggressively jingoistic religious groups are trying to control the religious thoughts of their people and exerting their ideas in a notorious fashion thus creating hindrance to the development of human race.

Humans are now no more identified as a HUMAN anymore. Humans are now having acronyms as per the country of origin i.e an American, an Italian, Indians etc, as per their religious faith Hindus, Christians, Muslims  and sub-categories like Shias and Sunnis in Muslims in that particular religion,as per the  race they born,as per the  Trade unions, as per the Humanitarian Associations & Organizations.

The Human classification is more complex to analyze in India with population divided by religion, Location (Harijan and Girijan), divided by Linguistic preferences, Caste & Community, Trade communities, Trade & Work unions etc. This uniqueness is great to hear and hard to align. Considering 125 crore odd population it is a daunting to unite all the sects and communities together. Keeping this confusion aside the political fraternity is the one syndicate that took this diversity in their advantage to divide and rule for their dirty political benefits.

Whenever you have an electoral schedule announced you will find some buzz on these delicate issues that aggravate the ground situation. The beef row was an arrow to pierce the thin line between Hindus and Muslims went awry with political parties targeting BJP that has its roots linked to RSS and Hindutva sections, the Rohit vemula issue which was actually a dalit discrimination case was elevated as a politician harassment on dalits  and the so called political saviors from different political parties present  there to corner government, the no entry of women to temples and mosques was now the discussion buzzing around to irk both Hindus and Muslims. Instead of respecting the temple specific religious beliefs it is now a fashion to question particularly Hindu beliefs and customs since unifying Hindus with so many communities and sects is an extreme challenge. The sanctions on women among Muslims are very hard to crack as women in that faith has little scope to open up against this.

Rather that handling these issues carefully things were blown to perceive them as national cause and to create unrest. The motto of reservation in education and jobs for various unprivileged and un represented sections was also deviated, recent mob outrage for one particular cast reservation in Andhra near tuni was a classic example on how a political motto can rattle crores of government money. The actual people who were supposed to get the support were not receiving the same and the people who are close the political or influential lot are enjoying the benefits.

Can India change to reservations as per the economic status of the person?? This is next to impossible to imagine as anyone trying to touch the reservations clause will be a self suicidal act to commit. Many us of know on what happened to RSS statement to relook on reservations had made BJP loose Bihar elections.

Politics, Global Corporate lobby and Religious outfits with extreme self-centric ideas will hold the key to peaceful human development. The more the involvement of these sections the more quickly we are inching towards a global outage leading a deadly war eradicating human race.

Mobile call drop: an issue unsolved?????

Mobile phone is one of the greatest invention mankind had seen in this century, apart from computer. Communication and information exchange had picked up to remarkable pace. A static telephone which used to be only voice based system ruled till early 80s after which the mobile phone boom had spinned some of the mightiest business entities that generated revenues higher than some small countries GDP.

The mobile phone now is a world in itself offering different numerous applications like camera, internet, games, entertainment etc. Many companies like facebook, Twitter and Whatapp had spinned billions of dollars in a span of 3 to 5years creating mobile applications. The phone which was actually meant for voice communication is no more for voice communication it is now used for other priorities than talking. As the main purpose is dissolved the utility is also becoming more unfriendly to talk.

This is on one side of the coin, the other side you will get frustration to talk on mobile phone as majority of your calls will either drop or the call will be inaudible. This is the case with almost all mobile operators like Airtel, Vodafone, Many deliberations was made between Government and telecom operators in India which were in vain as no one is ready to accept the basic reality and take adequate steps to control call drops.

The availability of uncountable mobile applications to download and use, the heavy exchange of text messaging, the zooming internet consumption might be some reasons as quoted by many analysts. http://www.forbes.com/sites/saritharai/2015/09/30/the-massive-call-drop-problem-in-india-worlds-second-largest-mobile-market/#3773c5b55a92

The mobility to connect while on go is now become more complex with the growing utility of mobile phones.
