Which corporate function or department dominates more??

Any established companies are dominated by two sections:

Different Functions in the company: Finance & Accounts, Sales & Marketing, Production/Operations.

Different Divisions in the company: That contribute more in terms volumes and value.

Sales & Marketing: FMCG, B2B related companies. Since sales is key to the company all activities of the company revolve around this function.

Accounts & Finance: Government, PSUs companies. Most due to the highly process orientation, minimum individual accountability and responsibility and majorly big brother role by Government overseeing the overall operations. These companies will be highly conservative

Production/Operations: Public utility companies particularly in government sector.

The growth/de growth depends on these functions/divisions that have their SAY so next time when you look out for a prospect try looking at the above details and strategize.

Rajya Sabha: A house for political Asylum

Indian is one of the largest democratic country in the world. People choose their representative in a electoral voting process that costs valuable time and thousands of crores of government money. The people of India elect their representative to the Lok sabha and the literate lot of India are given one more option to send representatives to Rajya sabha from various fields to share their views in framing the policies and schemes for the development of India.

In an absolute Contrast to this the recent public mandate given in favour of BJP was of no use as many bills tipped as development drives was stalled by the representatives who were actually rejected in public mandate but were able to present in the lower house the Rajya Sabha. The people who sit in Rajya Sabha are either the corporates companies leaders who actually do not have time to think anything on public interest, sport and entertainment professionals who strive to make more money in their career but do not have time to spend for public and the third category are the most dangerous lot the political leaders who failed to gain confidence of public but were nominated by their parties to block everything that is done by ruling fraternity.

Congress and other local political parties who were confined to few in Lok Sabha but having enough presence in Rajya Sabha are bringing all worthy and unworthy issues to parliament and making sure that the current government do not rollout any development policies that strengthen BJP goodwill.

It is now almost two years more than 70 important bills of public importance were pending for Rajya Sabha node. Opposition parties always had a plan to disrupt parliament with issues timely tagged before Parliament sessions like the Intolarance issue before Bihar elections, the lalit modi passport issue connected to external affairs minister Sushma Swaraj, the Cow slaughter issue irking the minority, the Dadri issue trying to corner the Hindutav tagged BJP, the Rohit vemula dalit discrimination issue and the fresh confrontation at JNU Delhi. We cannot imagine this type of worst political game played with public money. The BJP  government is not showing any strength to contain this issues nor has any strategies to silent opposition making the parliament a place to bark on each other and close the sessions claiming that they were more loud in parliament than their rivals.

On paper India is depicted as a stand alone country that is in the phase of prosperity but it is not. Not even a single section of the society is feeling secure or felt that the government is striving to uplift the limping livelihood.

To my belief the Rajya sabha is doing more harm that supporting the Lok Sabha where the leaders come with public node. Rajya Sabha is clearly becoming a place for showing loyalty to people who supported the parties and asylum to political leaders who were rejected.

How many of you will took time to read this article support my intention to re wamp Rajya Sabha???

How many of you agree if i say that Raj sabha should not have the power to block the bills passed in Lok Sabha???
