why every manager is compared to a demon in office and subordinates as saviours...

ohh...no, my boss is back from vacation. Why does this yelling starts whenever a subordinate needs to associate with a person who decides the direction of his profile. Is it the phycological mesh created by the subordinates towards the managers? or is it the mismatch of the perceptions between a manager and the subordinate???
